I recently had the pleasure of working closely with Stu when we invited him in to lead one of our largest accounts as Executive Creative Director (consultant).

Right from the beginning I was impressed by his ability to guide his team, through an approachable leadership style, a value on diverse input, and encouragement to work in an open more collaborative way. This went on to form a stronger team culture on the brand, and bought back a sense of creative pride we were looking for.
